What 2K recommends

According to 2K support:

  1. Connect your console straight to the router with a cable. 2K explains that Wi-Fi can suffer interference and get worse over time.
  2. Run your console’s built-in connection test.
  3. Check that other devices at home can reach the internet, to tell a console problem from a network problem.

Before changing your network

Check 2K’s official channels for maintenance or server issues. If the problem is general, there’s nothing to fix at home.

GearUP code LEAVEN for NBA 2K27 with less lag

If your network is fine and lag only shows on the route to the server, a booster can help. According to GearUP, NBA 2K27 is on its supported games list, and its routing technology looks for steadier paths. Results depend on your connection; no booster guarantees a fixed ping.

GearUP Booster has a 3-day free trial that turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. If you subscribe, pick the 12-month plan, which has the lowest monthly price, and enter LEAVEN for 10% off. See the GearUP coupon code guide.
